Five plus months ago, I met my personal threshold for failing to show up for myself in all of the facets I knew I deeply desired. 

 

I’ve known Crystal for many years and as I watched these years roll by, I’ve watched Crystal not only deliver incredible workout content, but most importantly a deep desire to help women find their internal to external power and strength. Once I decided I was ready to make the commitment to re-writing my personal story, I accepted the gift of an incredibly authentic, supportive, and effective coach. Crystal provides workouts, custom macro plans, effective communication, and most importantly; a supportive community and deep passion for all of our overall health and wellness! 

 

I’m forever grateful for her support!  And I can not wait to celebrate my next milestone with Crystal by my side!
